With over 30 years in telecoms, I’m proud to lead the team at Home Telecom. At the heart of our business are our customers and the Home Telecom service we deliver.
Call me old school, but I believe in real conversations—that’s why every message we send includes a phone number. The internet has changed, and so have we. With more choice than ever, we know not everyone understands the tech side. That’s where we come in—to guide, support, and step in when things go wrong.

Jane has been part of the customer experience team for two years. She brings banking management experience and a love of achievement to her role, playing a key part in the journey of Home Telecom’s customer support. Known for honest advice, sweet treats, and steady support, she’s a dependable teammate through change. “Facts over fluff” is her motto, and she takes real pride in helping her team grow — a true reflection of what we’re about as a team. Outside work, Jane is a history lover, museum volunteer, and Open University student. She shares her home with her cat, Jamie, and supports Cats Protection and St Barnabas Hospice. When not studying or swimming, she enjoys books, roast dinners, and plenty of laughter with friends. Her desk is easy to spot — there’s a plant named Jem and 30 adopted yellow chicks from colleagues. And if you offer her a Virgin Mojito, she’ll happily say yes!

Luke is a company veteran who has steadily climbed the ladder of success at Home Telecom. He started as a customer operator before becoming a team leader—and now manages his own team of 20 dedicated people. His journey is a great example of what we’re about: growth, teamwork, and commitment to excellent service. Luke believes success comes from understanding tasks through his team members’ eyes before giving direction. Despite his strong motivation, his best work often follows a big cup of coffee. He enjoys the finer things in life, especially good wine, authentic lasagne, and a great team culture. For Luke, a job well done and happy customers create an unbeatable sense of achievement. Strong team spirit adds even more to that feeling of satisfaction. It almost rivals the joy of spending time with loved ones or watching his favourite sport — football.

With over 16 years in digital marketing, Lolly has worked across B2B, B2C, and SaaS industries, making her a vital part of the Home Telecom team. She still loves every challenge the field brings, and her journey has helped shape the company’s marketing strategies. Off the clock, life is a whirlwind of horses, dogs, and two mischievous cats, Remus and Rome. She’s also busy chasing after her two little boys. When not wrangling kids or animals, you’ll find her show jumping or eventing. Her motivation comes from loving her work, collaborating with a brilliant team, and funding her (admittedly pricey) hobbies. You’ll spot her by the colourful pens, endless notepads, and her habit of making lists for everything. Lolly thrives on creating new marketing opportunities and fine-tuning campaigns for maximum impact. She’s passionate about enhancing the company’s unique selling points and optimising communication channels. Her desk is always a creative jumble of plans, printouts, and fruit — a true reflection of her energetic style.

Tanya is a seasoned HR pro and a walking encyclopedia of workplace dos and don’ts, making her a key part of Home Telecom. She’s tackled retail, manufacturing, housing associations — and now keeps the telecom world in check! Around the office, Tanya is the go-to for advice, support, and keeping smiles on faces. She loves the buzz of her role and chatting with everyone at Home Telecom, and she truly believes in our journey as a team. After all her experience, she swears this place is extra special — friendly vibes and people who’ve got your back. When she’s not wrangling her “work children,” Tanya’s off riding her gorgeous horse, Blue, across the South Downs. And if she’s not in the saddle, you’ll probably find her hunting down the perfect steak and chips.

Charles has spent three years climbing the ranks from technical support agent to team leader extraordinaire at Home Telecom. He’s proud of his team’s growth and all they’ve achieved together, which reflects the company’s journey to success. Under his watch, they created a department focused on solving hardware and broadband connection issues. He’s also the go-to guy for keeping dispatch partners happy and router supplies running smoothly. Charles’s multitasking skills are legendary — seven teammates, one question each, and he handles it like a pro. For him, Home Telecom feels like one big, supportive family, and that’s what we’re about. When he’s not untangling routers or giving cable-plugging lessons, he’s out in the garden with Bee, his trusty pug. If not there, he’s probably cooking up a fiery Mexican feast. Ay ay ay! Want to spot Charles in the office? Just find the desk stocked with Coca-Cola and mints — a childhood mix he won’t try twice!

Her hands-on experience has turned her into the passionate, friendly face of the company we all recognize. From her trademark “Good morning, everybody!” to her cheeky work chats, Sasha brings energy and a big smile to every room. Her drive to grow the company and reach more customers has helped Home Telecom lead the market for over a decade. Ask her what she loves most about the job, and she lights up: “Who doesn’t love broadband? My team makes life easier for tenants with one phone call to set up all their utilities!” When the workday ends, Sasha swaps the headset for mum life with her two-year-old son, a sizzling BBQ, and a chilled glass of Whispering Angel.
