Another Neat Acquisition

Strengthening Connections: Home Telecom’s Strategic Acquisition of Neatley

Home Telecom, the leading consumer brand of Telecom Acquisitions, is excited to announce another strategic acquisition. This time, we’ve taken on the customer base of Neatley — a small, well-run company with long-standing TalkTalk and Vodafone customers.

Neatley will continue trading under the Intelling group, adding new customers as before — now powered by Home Telecom. This partnership ensures customers receive the exceptional service Home Telecom is known for across the industry.

Home Telecom also stepped in to support smaller customer bases, most recently following Zybre’s closure. We worked with MS3, the network provider, to assist their customers through a challenging period. These customers are now being transferred to our newly acquired OpenFibre brand.

Home Telecom shows no signs of slowing down. We’re actively onboarding major AltNet suppliers — Full Fibre, Freedom Fibre, and CityFibre — aiming to offer customers total choice through a single postcode check. This move further strengthens our strategic partnerships and highlights the benefits of being part of the wider TalkTalk group.

Nigel Barnett CEO commented “Times are really changing fast in this land grab of passing homes. Funders are now actually taking into account the real numbers of homes connected into their forecast, which is a totally different number to the homes passed and really affects the drawdown of funds. So watch this space. It is well documented that in just over three years we have added over 75,000 customers, I am reassured that only a handful of extremely well-funded AltNets have more customers than our group.”

As the Telecom Acquisitions group continues to grow, Telecom Acquisitions would welcome any company with a residential base that they may wish to capitalise on or any AltNets wishing to add customers to get in-touch to discuss either working collaboratively or acquisition plans.
